A lot has been written and said about the romantic affair between actress Kangana Ranaut and actor Aditya Pancholi. Things took an unfortunate turn when the couple parted ways. The allegations and accusations that followed are no secret.
Ranaut had filed a police complaint against Pancholi, accusing him of physically and sexually abusing her, in 2007. A few months ago, she had pressed charges of rape against him.
This ugly spat led to a lot of unrest in the Pancholi family and also affected the relationship of Aditya Pancholi and wife Zarina Wahab.
So when son Sooraj Pancholi was recently asked about his father’s relationship and how things were between his parents, the former revealed that they have sorted out the differences.
According to Spotboye, Sooraj said, “That was their own issue. I don’t get into that. I have spent most of my time with my grandparents. I think that was a personal matter between my parents and they have sorted it out. And everyone goes through ups and downs. I’m not too happy about the things that have happened but it’s their life.”
“Definitely, for the entire family…My father knows that too. And, though he is tall, well-built and aggressive, my mother is still stronger than him,” he added.
Sooraj also opened up about the trauma he underwent after being accused of abetment to the suicide deceased actress Jiah Khan.
Jiah, who was dating Sooraj back then, was found hanging in her apartment in 2013. Rabiya, Jiah’s mother, had accused Sooraj of murdering her daughter.
Addressing the matter, the actor said, “See, there isn’t a day when I don’t think about it because I want it to end. I’m feeling very helpless because I can’t do anything about it. Also, none of the allegations against me have been proven. So, whatever has been written against me is false.”
Earlier, Sooraj had questioned the way the media had handled the matter and blamed it for being biased and portraying him wrongfully.
