Ageless Salman Khan: Check Out The Superstar’s New Workout Routine

Salman Khan is known for his power-packed performances in action movies. If you are a Sallu Bhai fan, you must be aware that he is a complete fitness freak. In fact, he is an inspiration for many who aspire to have a body like him.

While talking to the Mumbai Mirror, Rakesh Yadav, Salman’s physical fitness trainer revealed that all these action flicks (that he has done in the recent past) have left the actor rather stiff.

From MMA to weight training, fitness lover Salman has done it all. Now the actor says he is willing to explore a different genre.

Yadav said that he has decided to go with a different course and include kick-boxing in Salman’s fitness routine. Kick-boxing offers numerous benefits. The trainer said, “The routine comes in handy for Salman as he does a lot of action films which can be tiring. It can also be used as a form of cardio workout.”

Rakesh Yadav also trains other stars like Tiger Shroff and Disha Patani.

Other than his daily gym routine, Sallu has been indulging in flexibility and kickboxing training for 2 hours, thrice a week. 

Rakesh added, “It’s not unusual for someone to take a break after a month or few, but Salman sir keeps pushing and stretching himself. Initially, it was difficult, but after months of adapting to his new regimen, he has become fitter and can do a split more easily.”

Yadav says that Salman likes his new training methods. “He has also recommended me to Katrina (Kaif) to help her prep for Tiger Zinda Hai and to Jacqueline Fernandez and Daisy Shah for their sequences in Race 3,” the trainer added.
