5 Times Salman Khan Got Into A Fight With Other Celebrities

Salman Khan is one of the biggest stars in the Indian film industry. Besides his action-packed flicks and unique dancing skills, Sallu Bhai is known for his helpful nature and generosity!

However, the superstar is often criticized for his short temper. Seems like Salman doesn’t believe in ‘forgive and forget’ and is often at the centre of controversies.

Here are 5 instances where Salman Khan lost his cool and got into a tiff with other B-Town celebs.

1.Salman Khan and Shahrukh Khan

SRK and Salman share a good rapport but a few years ago, their friendship had hit a rough patch.

The year was 2002. Apparently, Salman barged in on the sets of Shahrukh’s film Chalte Chalte and asked (then) girlfriend Aishwarya Rai to come with him. Shahrukh, on the other hand, did not want Aishwarya to leave.

Aish thought it was better to go with Salman to pacify him.

Perhaps this is when the cold war between Shahrukh and Salman began.

Moreover, Aishwarya was replaced and Rani Mukerjee was given the lead role in the film.

In 2008, things took an ugly turn when the two stars got into a big fight at Salman’s ex Katrina Kaif’s birthday party.

If rumors are to be believed, Salman was taking digs at SRK because he refused to do a cameo in Sohail Khan’s film. SRK retorted to Salman’s remarks. Things escalated and Katrina and Gauri had to intervene to control the situation.

It took years for the two stars to become cordial to each other again! The two decided to leave behind their differences and hug it out at Baba Siddiqui’s Iftar party in 2013.

Shahrukh and Salman seem to be friends now!

2. Salman Khan and Sanjay Dutt

Sanjay Dutt and Salman Khan have always been good friends. In Sanjay’s words, Salman is his ‘younger brother.’ However, back in 2016, Sanjay used the word ‘arrogant’ to describe Salman.

Later, during a PTI interview, The Munna Bhai M.B.B.S star clarified, “There’s no problem between me and Salman. And there’s nothing wrong in being arrogant. Arrogant is not a bad word. It’s just an expression. I can be arrogant. But I can be a lovable arrogant.”

The two share a great equation!

3. Salman Khan and Arijit Singh

In 2014, Salman Khan was hosting an award show in which Arijit Singh had won the award for the best playback singer.

When Arijit went on stage to receive his award, Salman said “soo gaye they kya?”

To this Arijit replied, “Aap logon ne toh sula diya”.

However, things did not stop here. Next, Salman said, “Aur isme humara koi dosh nahi hai, agar aise gaane bajte rahenge…” before humming the tune of Arijit’s super hit song Tum Hi Ho

Apparently, this did not go down well with Salman. It is said that he pressurized the makers of Kick and Prem Ratan Dhan Payo to drop Arijit’s song from the films.

This happened again in 2016 with Salman’s Sultan. Distressed by the events, Arijit took to Facebook to express his grief. The singer wrote, “Please do not remove the song that I sang for you in Sultan… I want to retire with at least one song of you keeping in my library. Please do not take away this feeling.”

However, the post was deleted later on.

4. Salman Khan and Vivek Oberoi

The tiff between Salman and Vivek is one of the longest in Bollywood. In fact, the two actors do not see eye to eye to this day.

As we know, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan briefly dated Vivek Oberoi after she had broken up with Salman Khan.

Back in 2003, when Aishwarya was dating Vivek, the latter called a press conference and claimed that Salman had called him multiple times and had threatened and abused him.

Vivek has apologized to Salman on several occasions, but Sallu Bhai did not accept his apology.

5. Salman Khan and Ranbir Kapoor

Apparently, this cold war started before Ranbir entered Bollywood. It is said that the two stars got into a fight at a private party at a posh Mumbai pub. One thing led to another and Salman Khan ended up slapping Ranbir. In fact Salman’s father Salim Khan approached the Kapoors in order to apologize on behalf of his son.

It is no secret that the two stars do not share a very good equation. Things got worse when Salman’s ex Katrina Kaif started dating Ranbir Kapoor.
